It’s a New Year which means that weight loss is on the minds of us all. We want to cut the sugar and get back on track with our health goals. But it can be tricky! A great place to start is by increasing your protein intake throughout the day. Protein helps us to feel fuller longer and helps to stabilize energy levels.
That’s why I thought I would share one of my favourite ideas, Egg Muffins! They are a great start to the day for breakfast, or you can whip up a batch to have as a protein rich snack in the afternoon or after gym.
