Women’s Wellness Workshop Series
The Women’s Wellness Workshop Series was not only created out of a love for being crafty and creative, but also the desire to have more women experience the fun and excitement of simple & healthy DIY projects and healthy learning lectures. Each month we will be featuring a new topic to help you optimize your health, hormones and energy. Come hang out and get inspired!

September: Balancing Hormones With Essential Oils

Tired of the cramps, headaches, fatigue, bloating or moodiness that can sometimes come with ‘that time of the month’? Or are you experiencing hot flashes, poor sleep, headaches and mood shifts that can occur during ‘the change’? Join me and Melissa Schefter of Maven Essentials as we learn more about the amazing benefits of essential oils for balancing hormones. During the workshop you’ll be instructed on how to make 4 different Roller Balls of your choice that you can keep in your bathroom, purse or desk drawer for quick relief of common female ailments! All your supplies will be provided.

Thinking about starting a Ketogenic Diet? Come join us for a Keto 101 where Dr. Lauren will be dropping some serious knowledge about tips and tricks on how to rock the Keto diet! Find out the proper ratio of macronutrients you should be eating every day, the best foods to eat, how to monitor your diet and even go home with a weekly meal plan to start your Keto diet quick. We’ll also be doing some taste testing of Keto friendly foods. If you’re planning on tackling the Keto diet, you can’t miss this!
Natural Bath Bomb Workshop

Come join us for a super fun night of making natural bath bombs with Jamie-Lee from She Health and Beauty Spa. We’ll be learning how to make bath bombs using ingredients you can find at home or around town. All supplies will be provided.
The Happiness Solution

Stress and exhaustion can start to impact our lives and those around us. What’s a girl to do? Come hang out us when Jen Oke, Power Yoga Instructor and Mindfulness teacher, joins us on December 12. We’ll be learning about the quick 5 daily practices you can do at work or at home to get you feeling the good vibes all day. This is the perfect time to adopt new strategies to combat stress as New Year’s resolutions approach. Get a head start this year and make 2019 your best year yet!
